We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The request is made within 1-2 days of delivery
- The item is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used oil bottles
- Personal care products once opened
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
- You will receive a refund or replacement
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
4. Return Shipping
- If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we cover shipping
- Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
