We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 1-2 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used oil bottles
  • Personal care products once opened

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a refund or replacement
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

4. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side (damaged/wrong item), we cover shipping
  • Otherwise, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
